Prime Bank Opens Fourth Express Center

Prime Bank has opened its fourth state-of-the-art sales center designed to provide dedicated focus to customers with a more convenience, efficiency and personalized self-service.

Located on the Ground floor of the new Muthaiga Mall in Thigiri, the Prime Express Center oozes style, comfort, and precision in readiness to offer customers’ personalised financial services. The centre will offer personalised service to the vibrant businesses in Thigiri and its environs.

The Prime Express Sales Center, will enable customers explore the Bank’s wide range of digital banking solutions, including online banking and the mobile app digital kiosk, all under one roof.

Through the centre, customers can make enquiries about their account details, explore the Bank’s comprehensive financial products, or conveniently withdraw and deposit funds through the advanced Smart ATM system installed in the location.

Prime Express also provides a special area where customers can log on to their mobile and internet-banking platforms using the state of the art tablet fitted in the center while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee.

Earlier in the year, the Bank opened its inaugural Prime Express Centre, located at Azalea Square along General Mathenge Drive, and this was followed by the opening of more centers at Tatu City, Kiambu County , and Signature Mall along Mombasa Road.
