The Kenya Bankers Association (KBA) released its 2025 Banking Industry Customer Satisfaction Survey on April 30, 2026. The survey, which gathered over 40,854 customer responses, assessed banks based on a composite score of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS). During the release, Prime Bank was recognized as the first runners-up, meaning the Bank secured the second-highest overall customer experience score among all Tier 2 banks in Kenya for the 2025 survey.

Awarded the Best Bank in Tier II category as 2nd runner-up during the Think Business Banking Awards 2024
Prime Bank emerged first runners-up in Best Bank in Customer Responsiveness and Satisfactory Digital Experience in Tier two category in the 2021 Banking Industry Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted by Kenya Bankers Association.
Prime Bank has been awarded The Best Bank in Customer Satisfaction – in Tier II category & 2nd Runner up – Best Bank in Customer Satisfaction (all the three tiers combined) during the 16th edition of the Think Business Banking Awards 2021 held on 28th May.
The Think Business Banking Awards is an annual industry event that seeks to recognize and award banks and micro-finance institutions for outstanding product innovation and services to both retailers and Small and Medium Enterprises.
